Signing in

TankVault doesn't use passwords. Enter your email and open the link we send you on the same device. If it doesn't arrive in a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Service companies

• Operator sign-in: set up your company, then import your systems from OnlineRME or add them one at a time.
• Add your team under Team. Field techs get the field screens; office staff and owners see everything.
• Lab letters always wait for an owner or office approval before they go out.

Homeowners

• Homeowner sign-in is free: add your home to see when your inspection, pump-out and lab sample are due.
• Tap “Add reminders to my calendar” to get alerts on your phone.

Deleting your account

Go to Account in the app and tap Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what is removed.
