Why We Built It
Septic operators keep a lot in their heads: which systems are due, which samples came back high, which reports have to be in MyHD by the 15th. Most of it lives in spreadsheets, on clipboards, and in the office manager’s memory.
Homeowners, meanwhile, often don’t know their system needs anything until something goes wrong. TankVault helps both: operators get one list of what’s due, their customers get a reminder before each visit, and homeowners get a free app that tells them what their system needs and when.
