TankVault is septic compliance software for the companies that service alternative (AOSS) and conventional septic systems in Virginia and North Carolina: inspections by voice, lab results read and letters drafted, one list of what’s due, and state reports kept on time. Spell it TankVault: one word, capital T and capital V. The legal name is TankVault LLC.
What the App Does Today
TankVault is for septic companies in Virginia and North Carolina that service alternative (AOSS) and conventional systems, and for the homeowners who own them. Only what’s built and working is listed here; the Features page has the details.
- Talk Through the Inspection. Say what you see, and the inspection fills itself in.
- One List of What’s Due. A green, yellow or red light for every system.
- Lab Results and Letters. Lab results are read for you, and the homeowner letter is drafted.
- Reports and Deadlines. Submit once, and never miss a report deadline.
- Service Reminders. Customers get a reminder and call you to schedule.
- Your Customers and Your Team. Bring in your customer list, and give each person their own sign-in.
Reports go to the health department by email where the agency takes email. For VDH MyHD, OnlineRME and Fairfax PLUS, the operator gets a ready-to-file copy and files it on the agency’s website; TankVault doesn’t file there itself. Homeowners get a free app with due dates, reminders and their septic papers in one place.
