A Person Always Makes the Call
- Letters always need operator approval before they go to a homeowner.

Getting Started Questions
How long does it take to get going?
Most of the work is bringing your customer list over, and the setup includes help with that. After that, due dates are worked out from each system’s type and history.
Do my techs need training?
If they can use a phone, they can use TankVault. The inspection follows the same order as the VDH form they already know.
