TankVault is a standalone solution: it works with paper invoicing, or runs alongside the invoicing software you already use. Billed once with your first bill, never again.

What is the $299 setup fee for?
It’s a one-time fee. A person helps you get set up and brings in your customer list, from the spreadsheet you already have or an export from the software you use now. It’s billed once with your first bill, not every month.
Do I need any other software?
No other software required. TankVault is a standalone solution: it works with paper invoicing, or runs alongside the invoicing software you already use. Importing your customers is easy. Upload a spreadsheet or an export from the software you use now, or add customers manually. No software today? No problem. In some counties, TankVault automatically matches your systems to county health department records and brings those records in.
Can I start today?
TankVault is in invite-only early access. Request early access or book a demo, and a person will reach out.
Which plan do I need?
Solo is for one Licensed Operator who does it all, in the field and in the office. If you have office staff or more than one tech, Team includes the owner, unlimited free office users and 2 field tech licenses.
What counts as a field tech license?
Anyone who runs inspections in the field. Team includes 2; each additional one is $99/month. Office users are always free on Team.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. The office can download your systems, inspections, pump-outs and lab results as spreadsheets anytime.
